Sleep tracking does not use more battery. Only the continues pulse tracking and spo2 monitoring do. You can turn those off under Samsung health setting on the watch. Easy: don't wear your watch at night if you don't need sleep tracking. There is no other reason to wear it while sleeping.

If you see the icon, swipe left on the Home screen to access your notifications. Tap the SOS notifcation, tap Stop sharing, and then tap the checkmark. Step 2: Install the Blood Pressure Monitor App. After updating the Samsung Health app, the next step is to install the blood pressure monitor app on your watch. To do this, open the Samsung Health app on your watch and scroll down to find the “Blood Pressure” card. If you do not see the card, you can go to the “Manage Items” section of hJNamB.
